booking & payment

  1. A reservation is confirmed once full payment is received.

  2. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

  3. Promotional and weekday rates do not apply during national holidays or events.

rates, meals & drinks

  1. Rates are per person and include applicable taxes, full board — breakfast, lunch and dinner — and group activities.

  2. On Sundays, brunch replaces breakfast and lunch. Dinner is served as usual.

  3. All beverages are charged separately (apart from tea & coffee served during breakfast).

  4. Bringing outside food or drinks to Bonjuk Bay is not permitted.

children & pets

  1. Guests under 18 are welcome with their parents Monday–Thursday and during designated family events.

  2. Pets are not permitted, as Bonjuk is already home to resident pets and animals.

accommodation supplements

  1. For accommodation without built-in A/C, portable A/C units are available for €12 per day.

  2. Additional person supplement: €80 per person/night Thursday–Sunday and €65 per person/night Monday–Wednesday, subject to availability and accommodation type.

7 consecutive nights
Stay 7 consecutive nights and enjoy 1 additional complimentary night, plus 50% off event fees.

10 nights across the season
Once your stays add up to 10 nights during the 2026 season, enjoy 1 complimentary night on us.The complimentary night can be redeemed Monday–Thursday, subject to availability.

30 nights
Stay 30 nights and enjoy 20% off accommodation and no event fees.

cancellation policy

30+ days before arrival
 

  1. Event dates: 100% credit towards a future stay or 50% refund.

  2. Other dates: Full refund.
     

8–29 days before arrival
 

  1. Event dates: 100% credit towards a future stay.

  2. Other dates: 100% credit towards a future stay or 50% refund.
     

7 days or less before arrival
 

  1. Event dates: No refund.

  2. Other dates: 100% credit towards a future stay.

future-stay credits

Any credit issued under the cancellation policy:
 

  1. is valid within the same season only

  2. is subject to availability

  3. is non-transferable

  4. may be used once, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  5. cannot be redeemed for cash

refund processing

Where a refund applies, it will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

force majeure

If government restrictions, natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances directly prevent travel or Bonjuk Bay from operating, Bonjuk Bay reserves the right to offer a date change or future-stay credit instead of a refund.
